What we get asked about pricing

Is the free plan really free, or just a trial?

It is free, with no time limit and no credit card. Five domains, all six watchtowers, email alerts. It is not a crippled version for seven days: it is a plan.

What happens if I go over my domain quota?

Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. Domains added beyond the quota arrive paused: recorded, but not monitored, until you free a slot or change plan.

Is there a commitment?

No. The subscription is monthly or yearly, and you stop it whenever you want from your settings. No notice, no penalty.

Are prices excluding tax?

Prices are in euros, tax included. You receive an invoice for every payment, available at any time in your billing area.

What do you gain by paying yearly?

Two months, or 17%: $150 instead of $180 on Pro, $490 instead of $588 on Agency.

Can I change plan along the way?

Yes, both ways, at any time. The change takes effect immediately and the amount is prorated by our payment provider.

What if I have more than 150 domains?

The Agency plan extends in batches of a hundred domains at $10 a month. Beyond that, write to us: we will work it out.

How do we pay?

By credit card, through Stripe. We never see your card number: it does not pass through our servers.
